Last week, June 26th to 28th 2024, another edition of Drupal Developer Days took place, this time in Burgas, Bulgaria.
About 160 people gathered there to view presentations, contribute together and have fun.
I saw some interesting and thought-provoking sessions about Drupal 11, the Drupal Starshot initiative, AI in Drupal, Group Sites, UI Patterns 2, etc...
During the conference you could also find me in the contribution rooms, working on upgrading all my maintained modules to Drupal 11, and integrating the new Gitlab CI pipelines for drupal.org. Next to that I helped with the la_eu project, which will be the source of the upcoming drupal.be website.
In the evening we explored the city of Burgas, which has a nice atmosphere with lots of great restaurants and (beach) bars. The organisation team set up some great social events at various beach bars, where we enjoyed ourselves with some drinks and great talks.
I'm already looking forward to the following Drupal event to attend!
